The Conference was held at the Hand Hotel, Llangollen, Friday 17 August to Sunday 19 August 2007
We welcome Professors Harald Fawkner and Charles Lock from Sweden and Denmark respectively, and Mme Florence-Catherine Marie-Laverrou from France. Peter Foss will introduce his Bibliography of Llewelyn Powys and Arjen Mulder, from the Netherlands, will speak on the early novels of John Cowper Powys. In addition there will a new event of poetry readings on the Saturday evening, and a possible optional walk around Corwen with Phyllis Playter's god-daughter. We are happy to be returning to The Hand Hotel, which always looks after us well and provides excellent value for money.
