The Powys Journal

The Powys Journal is a publication of The Powys Society, appearing annually each summer. Its aim is to publish original material by members of the Powys family — notably, but not exclusively, John Cowper Powys, Theodore Francis Powys, and Llewelyn Powys — and scholarly articles, book reviews and other materials relating to them, their circles and their contemporaries.

Offers of articles and correspondence about the contents of the Journal should be addressed to the Editor: Kevin Taylor.

The Powys Journal has a refereeing policy whereby material may be submitted for independent assessment. In order that the anonymity of the author and referee be preserved, articles sent for refereeing will omit the name of the author. Please send submissions if possible by email: they can be in text-only format or RTF or in Microsoft Word, but not in any other word-processing program. A style guide is available on request.
